Supplied fiber is fed downward in the upper box, and when
the feed roller compresses, it is opened in the cylinder pin and
supplied to the room.
The fiber supplied by the Inverter-controlled Spike is
continuously controlled by the optical sensor device and is
made to uniform density in the Vibration Room to supply the
optimal Fiber suitable for the carding.
The Automatic Measuring Type supplies the fiber ofc onstant
weight to the servo motor’s fast speed when the Lode Cell
checks the weight of the transferred fiber.
In Scale Box Type, the conveyed fiber is put into the scale box in
a certain amount and supplied to the conveyor.
The operation panel with high convenience is easy to operate
by simple operation.
